I feel great respect for you.


Does it have another meaning other than that a feeling of admiration in the given sentence?
 
It's unnatural. Generally, we use "to have" with respect, or we use "respect" as a verb.

I have great respect for you.
I respect you very much.

"Respect" and "admiration" aren't necessarily synonymous.
