An example sentence of "close in" in The Britannica Dictionary: I felt that the world was closing in around me.

What does the sentence mean? Does the speaker worry about something?

Yes, the speaker is is worried about something. The speaker is anxious about something. Chances are it's not a small problem.

Thank you, Tarheel.

An example sentence USING "close in" in The Britannica Dictionary...
Is using "of" incorrect in this sentence?

What does the sentence mean? IS the speaker WORRIED about something?
What's the difference between "is worried" and "worry?"

Yes, "of" is incorrect. I would have changed your original to "An example sentence for "close in" ...".

"Does the speaker worry ...?" suggests a habitual action. You're talking about a specific single situation, so use "Is the speaker worried ...?"
