Hi.

Today my phone shut down and I went to store. the worker there helped me to fix the problem. When I went to the store, I said to the worker "There's something wrong with my phone. I need to reboot it".

I wonder if the italic sentence is natural.

We usually say we're restarting a phone. When I long-press my Android phone's power button, one of the options it presents is "Restart".

There are comma splices in both your preamble and the italic sentence.

Sorry. Is it okay now?

"There's something wrong with my phone. I need to reboot it".

But by restarting my phone, the problem didn't solve. I use an iPhone. There was something wrong with the system. What can I say?

All kinds of things. For example:

- Can you fix it?
- I need to get it fixed.
- Can you show me what to do?
- How much would it cost to have you fix it?
- Can you help me out?
- I'm hoping you can fix it.
- Is it broken, or am I doing something wrong?
- Can you get it going for me?
- Can you get it started again?

Is it time for me to get a new one/phone?

I'm not too bothered by using 'reboot' instead of 'restart'. We use both for computers, and smartphones are essentially handheld computers. The line blurs even more with tablets.

I don't understand why you'd need to take it to a store though, just to reboot/restart. It's a simple procedure. Do you mean something like a factory reset? You can do those yourself as well, but at least they're not so straightforward as an on/off button. I can understand maybe needing to visit the store for a reset.
