I actually don't have many friends and classmates, but a large number of them told me that they had divorced. It's getting more and more difficult to find a girfriend and even marry. I told my friend "I probably don't and won't marry" this afternoon and told him why.

Is my italic sentence natural?

"A large number" means "many." Maybe you meant to say "a large portion of them."

There's a way to use "don't":
Most of the people I know got divorced anyway. That's why I don't do marriage.

"Many of them" would work in the original.

The use of "don't" is OK in the second sentence. I'd be more inclined to say "That's why I don't want to/plan to get married".

You don't just "marry": you marry someone. It's a transitive verb (though there's no such distinction in Chinese.).

'

I'm afraid you are mistaken. Marry can be intransitive or transitive.
It's not common for it to be used intransitively though. It's usually "get married".

No when the subject is "I", as in the OP.
