Should 'time' be a countable noun or an uncountable noun?

1- I spent quality time with my friends.
2- I spent a good time/good time with my friends.
3- I spent good times with my friends.

"Time" can be both countable and uncountable, as you can see above. Sentence 2 doesn't work because "spend/spent" doesn't collocate with "a good time" (don't ask me why!) If you change "spent" to "had", it works with "a good time" but not with "good time".

1- I spent quality time with my friends.
This refers to a specific occasion or multiple occasions close together.
3- I spent good times with my friends.
This sounds like a general statement, and probably doesn't refer to any specific occasion.

2- I spent a good time/good time with my friends.
As emsr2d2 said, this is wrong. You could say "I had a good time with ..." which refers to a specific occasion.
