Could anyone rephrase the sentence below?

In time very effective, such honour, and she would raise him up, eager for what came next.

I don't understand it either; it takes a lot of guessing. Where did you find that weird 'sentence'?

It was brought up in a Turkish language forum and I didn't see the contex as well.
 
The problem is that we the members in the forum in question have serious difficulty translating the clause 'in time very effective, such honor" into our native launguage.

Here is the contex

'You may have your little pleasure, she seemed to say, if you are so inspired by what the noble Sczelenska bloodline has wrought. Uhl would embrace her middle and honor the noble heritage with tender kisses. In time very effective, such honor, and she would raise him up, eager for what came next.'
 
I have to say I am as mystified as you about what this means.
 
Could it mean:

Such an honoring would work in time?
but I didn't understand the rest: she would raise him up ?
