Hello everybody. Could you translate and paraphrase this conversation for me please? I couldn't find out the meaning of it:
I know that coffee has caffeine to make you awake so I use tea as a substitute and so I use tea as my 'wake up' in the morning to get started.

Not really Tedmec 'to keep awake' implies the person was already awake for a period of time, 'waking up' suggests they have just roused from sleep.
