Which sentence is correct?

Sentence1:

Sentence2:
I want to build a long-term career at ABC Ltd..
Sentence3:
I want to build a long-term career with ABC Ltd..
Sentence4:
I want to build long-term career in ABC Ltd..
Sentence5:
I want to build long-term career at ABC Ltd..
Sentence6:
I want to build long-term career with ABC Ltd..

2 and 3 are correct. You might get away with 1.
