I am an Arab woman, my nationality girl, and I tried to learn English much, but I can not find the right way or seized, so I hope everyone help me in learning English, and I want to speak fluent reading, and pronounce it, do you find help! And ways to make me speak much English?

Sure, it is -especially for your reading and your writing skills. However, the listening and the speaking skills are very important, so you'd better work on those two as well.
