For example, I want to express how long my friend is on holiday.
Can I use for as a duration in different tenss?
1 My friend was on holiday for ten days.
2 My friend has been on holiday for ten days.
3 My friend will be on holiday for ten days.
4 My friend has gone on holiday for ten days.

Sentences 1-4 are grammatically correct and natural.

The correct spelling for "tenss" is "tenses".
