1) I was picked up ten minutes earlier than usual today.
2) I was picked up ten minutes early today.
3) I was picked up early today.

Please check and correct my sentences. Can I also say "my pick up was done instead of I was picked up"?

Your sentences are correct.

It's grammatical, but I wouldn't use it in the context you've given. It's unclear whether you're the one being picked up, or something for you was picked up. It could even mean you were the one picking someone else up.
