1-I will be back at 10.30 am.
2-I will come back at 10.30 am.

What's the difference please?
 
1-I will be back at 10.30 am.
2-I will come back at 10.30 am.

What's the difference please?
#1 means that you will arrive back at 10:30
#2 is ambiguous, it could mean the same as #1 or it could mean that you will leave wherever it is you are going at 10:30.
