Is the following sentence sentence correct and natural?

I will consult a doctor tomorrow if I get fever and healthy situation go worse

No. I would say:

I will see a doctor if my condition doesn't improve and I have fever.

I will consult a doctor tomorrow if I get a fever and my healthy situation condition go gets worse.
Note my corrections above. "Healthy" is an adjective meaning "in good condition". We don't use "healthy situation" when talking about our general health. Even if we did, saying "if my healthy situation gets worse" wouldn't make sense. That suggests that your "healthy situation" is already bad. That's an oxymoron.

I'd probably say "I'll ring/see the doctor tomorrow if I feel worse or get a fever".
