Someone asked me if two auxiliary verbs can come together like this as he knew there is only one permitted in a sentence. What do you think?

ex)I will have to study hard.

Yes, it can be used.

I've never heard of only allowing 1 auxiliary verb to be used in a sentence.

I've seen multiple sentences that use will/have.

EG
Somebody will have to change the bald tyre.
The floor will have to be vacuumed.
