Depending on context, there might not be any difference. Example:

A: Are you bringing Mary with you?
B: Yes, I am going to take her to your house after lunch.

or

A: Are you bringing Mary with you?
B: Yes, I am going to bring her to your house after lunch.

The same thing is going to happen regardless of which word is used.

A subtle difference between "take" and "bring" is that one generally "brings" someone (or something) towards the person to whom one is speaking, whereas one "takes" someone/something away from that person. Hence, "I will bring him to you" vs "I will take him with me when I leave".
