Could you please explain what exactly is wrong with the sentence "I will have been waiting for her since ten o'clock until she arrives."?
Yes. It is an extremely poor attempt to illustrate the meaning and use of the future perfect. It was written by someone with very little knowledge or understanding of the use of English.

Ignore it and move on. If you want to understand difficult verb tenses, you must find some good example sentences.

look at the simplicity
Okay, I do.
Go back and read the first few responses.
I have read it again, and I see only "unnatural sentence" and "rubbish". I do not argue, you know better, I just wanted to understand better, because I have a lot of similar sentences. So, perhaps in a different place at a different time. I still really appreciate your help, thank you.

The simplest answer is that it's wrong because "since" doesn't fit with "I will wait".
If the entire event has already happened, you could use "since" but the rest of the sentence would have to be changed.

I will wait for her from ten o'clock (until she arrives).
I had been waiting for her since ten o'clock. She finally arrived at noon!

Try:

I will be there at ten o'clock to wait for her.

Most people most of the time will not bother with "until she arrives". Why? That's part of the sense of the sentence. (When she arrives you will be finished waiting for her.)
