One is that I will take a short bath to save water. The other is that I will try to walk or ride a bicycle more than riding a car.

Having a shorter bath (staying in the bath for less time) doesn't save any water! You still have to use the same amount of water to fill the bath. You either want to take shorter showers, or you will have a bath less often. Both of those use less water.
We don't "ride a car". In AmE, you can "ride in a car" (as a passenger, I believe).
