Look at post# 11. Yes, you are correct but company does provide transport facility for all of its employees.

My guess. Company A provides transport for some but not all of its employees. However, Company B provides transport for all of its employees.

How'd I do?

I meant "I wouldn't have been provided with company transport, if I had joined that company so I didn't join that company".
Tufguy, please review every single message before posting it. Look for repeated words and phrases. I've underlined an example above. Whenever you find a repetition, look for a way to eliminate it. (In the previous sentence, I wrote it instead of repeating "the repetition".)

Sometimes you can simply end the sentence before repeating a phrase.

Can you use my guidelines to revise the quoted sentence? Your new sentence will have three fewer words. Remember to move the comma.

I wouldn't have been provided with company transport if I had joined that company ,so I didn't join it.

Please tell me what is "commute by" in post 11?

No, there is only one company and it provides transport facility to every employee but I was an exception.

You were an "exception" because you did not even work for the company, right?

You've put the comma after the right word but it's spaced incorrectly. The shorter sentence is better, but you could still drop the last two words.

The word by in post #11 is a mistake.

I deleted something.

No, I was an exception that is why I didn't work for them.

No, I was an exception, and that is why I didn't work for them.

You would have been an exception had you you gone to work for them. But you didn't, so you weren't.

If I had gone to work for [name of company], I would have been the only employee who wasn't entitled to use the company transport. That's why I decided not to work for them.

As far as I can tell, after 3 pages of posts, that is the situation.
