If there is any bus or transport system from there to *** available then I could give it a try.

Is the following sentence correct?

Try that. Replace "Placeville" with the name of the place you have in mind.
 
A shorter alternative:

How do I get from there to Placeville?
 
I'd go for a bus or any buses.
