If you are going to be a minister, you should go with your seniors.

If you are going to become a minister, you should go with your seniors.

Can we use "be" and "become" interchangeably in the above sentences?

Yes, but I don't know what you mean by 'go with your seniors'.

When you give us more than one sentence to consider, please number them. Like 5jj, I have no idea what "go with your seniors" means.

Seniors are leaving the current organisation. Hope it clarifies.

Not a lot.

Do you mean a minister of religion?
What kind of ‘organisation’ is it?
Are ’your seniors’ more experienced people or just older?
How will leaving with them help you to become a minister?
