Which one is the correct one "this concerned" or "this much concerned"?

1) If you are this concerned about getting fired don't do anything wrong.
2) If you are this much concerned about getting fired don't do anything wrong.

I think either is fine, but I'd use "so concerned" instead:

If you are so concerned about getting fired, don't do anything wrong.

Note the comma following the introductory "if"-clause.
