My son is going to the movies. And I jokingly say:

I'll go with you!

VS

I'll come with you!

Are both okay here?

Now you know that there isn't.

I thought there was only one correct answer?

Come and go, though opposite in meaning,can be used in the same sentence in some contexts.

BTW, I can't see the need for the exclamation mark at the end.
 
Most sons don't want their dads to go to the movies with them. They'd be embarrassed.

So, he jokingly exclaims that he would love to go with him!
