Perhaps it's quite a simple questions but I don't know exactly which sentence is correct.

1) I'm studying international relations and political science in/at the best Russian University.
2) I study international relations and political science in/at the best Russian University.

Personally I'd definitely go for the first sentence but I cannot explain to myself why the second one is worse. Moreover, I'm not enirely sure if "in" and "at" are interchangeable in the examples above. :roll:
 
They're both OK. Use 'at'.
You're using 'worse' wrongly. 2 is only worse than 1 if both are bad. Since both are good, you need "not as good".
