[General] I'm very weak in english

English is not my native language. I don't understand how to write too much long essay or write something. I don't know how to ask something like talk with friends and boss.. i'm very afraid about this.

Don't be afraid. You just need to practise. Study hard, ask questions here, speak English as often as you can and you will improve. Do you need to write long essays?
