In my utmost humbleness I ask you to send a ticket for me with an intention to return you back your money the very moment I reach home.

--> I respectfully ask you to send me a ticket and assure you of my firm intention to reimburse you the very moment I reach home.

(On a point of style rather than grammar, I would advise against ever using the expression 'in my utmost humbleness'!)
