Hi All,

I would like to know when to use "in repair" and "under repair" .

For example:
> we use: the building is under repair

What in case of a car? Is it "car is in repair" or "car is under repair" or "car is in for repair" or "car is being repaired" .....which is the best usage?

Thank you

I think in AmE you would hear most often "my car is in for repair" with "my car is being repaired" a very close second.

I feel it's the same in BrE.
