Seeking help from you. Is it grammatically correct if I remove "in" and "off" in the following sentence? Are "in" and "of" required in the sentence? Please kindly advise.
Given the significant improvements [in] the past couple [of] years in terms of foreign exchange reserves, current account positions and policy flexibility, we are confident Asian markets are better positioned to withstand any short-term downturns.
