What is the difference between In and At. I have heard; "They walk in the park" and "They walk at the park". I would like to know the difference. Thanks!

I don't know where you heard "They walk at the park" but it's wrong! You can say "They are in the park" or "They are at the park" and they mean exactly the same thing.
