Dear friends, are there any differences between infrastructure and facilities? Thanks.

Infrasructure means "the basic systems and services, such as transport and power supplies, that a country or organization uses in order to work effectively". Usually, government holds the ownership.
Facility means "the buildings, equipment and services provided for a particular purpose". The ownership belongs to individual.
