Is is14 o'clock correct when I express time? Should I use 2 p.m. and this way of expressing time?
Thank you!
Martina

Use 2 PM.

The 24 hour clock is not in general use in the US, except for the military and other technical purposes. Even then, no one would speak of "fourteen o'clock." The military would say "fourteen hundred hours."

If you do use the 24-hour clock, the normal way of reading that would be 14 hundred (hours).

If it's not an exact hour, we don't say the "hundred" part.

1400 hrs = fourteen hundred hours
1425 hrs = fourteen twenty-five [hours]
1440 hrs = fourteen forty [hours]

 Just don't mix the two. '14 p.m.' doesn't mean anything - apart from being just silly (as 'p.m.' means 'after midday' - so that '14 p.m.' would be '02.00 tomorrow') ;-)
