So Taco Bell has expanded to my country, but the store hasn't open. It's still in construction. So I'm asking my friend about this:

1. Is it open yet?
2. Does it open yet?
3. Are they opening yet?

Which one is correct? Thanks.

You already know the restaurant (not 'store') isn't open.

If you didn't know, #1 is correct.

#3 would be OK with "open" instead of "opening".

You could use Has it opened yet?
