God is good, is he not?

The above sentence has been said by one of the characters of the movie, The Book of Eli.

A. God is good, is he not?
B. God is good, isn’t he?

Are they both valid and viable in English?

Thanks.

Yes. "Is He not?" is a little more emphatic.

Mnemon, please use quotation marks rather than the <> symbols.
