Below is/are the caption and the articles that'll be shared on facebook tomorrow
 
It requires a plural verb to agree in number with the plural noun.
 
It needs a plural verb but it does sound a little awkward to have the singular verb directly after "are". I'd change the word order to:

Below are the articles and caption that will be shared on Facebook tomorrow.
