I see some people are telling " I cannot able to" Example: I cannot able to do that.. Is this correct?

be able to or cannot -- no hybrid version

No.

'I am not able to do that' or 'I cannot do that'.

Please start giving your threads more relevant titles. 'I cannot able to' would have been the perfect title for this question.
