hello. can anyone check this sentences for grammar and suggest me the mistakes and solution for that?

1)Together, They Share a Tale of Love.
2)The moment, They Tied each other with with the string of Love. (it is going to be caption for a picture of marriage.)
3)She is so innocent and childish since childhood.
4)He is macho and handsome since 16.
5)They are always full of Love and Happiness.

Welcome to the forum.

Firstly, check the spelling of "correct" and "grammar" in your title.
Secondly, look at your sentences. We do not capitalise common nouns, pronouns or verbs in English (love, happiness, etc). We sometimes capitalise every word of a title or a caption, but we don't randomly capitalise some and not others.
Thirdly, start every sentence with a capital letter.

Have another look at what you have written and see what amendments you can make based on my three points above.

We do say that they "tied the knot," but you really can't expand on the metaphor like this.
