As I am still not feeling well, I am not up to going to the office.

"Still I am not feeling well, so I am not in a position to attend the office today"
is the above sentence correct? please reply me.

Welcome to the forum. You can receive guidance from experienced and reputed teachers of the forum.
Your sentence is grammatically correct but please make the first person ‘I’ always capital letter and ‘so’ after the comma ‘small’. However, the sentence should sound more natural. You can change to the version suggested by corum or rewrite as:
I am still unwell and not in a position to attend the office today.

In India, this sentence from sarat106 is perfect: I am still unwell and not in a position to attend the office today.
