Is this sentence natural and correct?
"In my dream, I saw myself who was going to kill myself."
 
No, it isn't. It's not clear what you are trying to say.
 
May s/he mean 'I dreamt that I was going to kill myself'?

If you want to use "myself" after "saw", you could say something like "In my dream, I saw myself preparing to commit suicide".
