when I may use "it's me" and "that's me" ?
thank you for your answer
Luigi :)

you are right. for example if somebody gets into home and says who is in?
may I answer: it's me.
and whether somebody ask the phone about me? May I aswer: That's me?
Is it correct?

Please remember that captial letters are important when writing English correctly.

Who's there?
It's me. (There are people who say you must say "It's I." Ignore those people.)

Caller: May I speak to Barb pelase?
Barb: This is Barb. This is she. (Many people will tell you this is very formal. They are right.) Barb speaking. Speaking.

Husband, answering phone: Hello?
Barb: Hi honey. It's me. (He will recognize my voice.)

A: Who is this a picture of?
B: That's me!
A: You were a cute baby.

When should I [STRIKE]may[/STRIKE] use "it's me" and "that's me"?
Thank you for your answer.
Luigi :)

You are right. For example if somebody [STRIKE]gets into[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]comes to my[/STRIKE] home and says "Who is in?", may I answer "It's me"?

And [STRIKE]whether[/STRIKE] if somebody asks about me on the phone, [STRIKE]about me?[/STRIKE] may I answer "That's me"?

[STRIKE]Is it[/STRIKE] Are they correct?

Barb has given you the answer but I have taken both your posts and added all the relevant capital letters and punctuation. Look at them carefully. They are both very important in written English.

Sorry for my mistakes. I have to improve my English.
You are very kind
Thnaks
Luigi
