Can Y agree with X by saying "Yes, it doesn't" there?

X: It doesn't make any sense!
Y: Yes (I agree with you), it doesn't.

I'd expect Y to say "No, it doesn't", if he agrees with X.

Or "Yes, you're right".

"Yes, it doesn't" doesn't work.
