It's a bakery with temperature

I bought some bread in a bakery and I saw there was a translation of its Chinese "a bakery with temperature". The intended meaning of the Chinese is "This is a friendly bakery, staff is nice and friendly, and the service is good". Both the good service and friendly staff of the bakery are the reasons why people like it.

I don't think the original phrase is natural. How about "XX is a warm bakery?"

Neither version works. "XX is a warm bakery" makes it sound as if they're talking about the temperature in the bakery. The first is simply nonsensical.

At our bakery, the food is good and the service is warm.

I suspect they may be trying to make some kind of word play between 'warm=friendly' and 'warm =temperature (i.e. from baking)', and it didn't survive the translation attempt.
