Which is more correct "Its always" or "It always"

You question does not make too much sense. Give us context. And, did you want to write "it's" instead of "its"?

It entirely depends on context. Neither is "more correct" (please note that something is either correct or it's not, it can't be "more correct".)

It's always cold here in the winter.
It always takes me an hour to drive to work.
