What is the meaning of "It's not like you have a footlong"?

Without more context, I'd guess she is saying that a footlong is not an appropriate thing to order when one is on a date at Subway.
 
I read it as a comment on his manhood. This sounds like one movie we can skip.
 
It suggested a miserable sandwich followed by an unimpressive manhood to me.
 
Okay, now I'm convinced that she's talking about the length of his manhood.

I guess I simply don't have as dirty a mind as other members (no pun intended) here!
