Is it correct to say "It's the perfect place for wasting doing almost nothing"?

What is it supposed to mean?

The writer has missed out the word time.

It's the perfect place for wasting time doing nothing.

Please provide the source.

The missing word "time" looks like the kind of typographical error an editor should have noticed and corrected.
