Regarding the following sentence, please tell me the grammatical interpretation of the second "it" and its sentence.
It may seem trivial to you but for me it's worth paying attention to.
Is it
a) a preparatory subject and omission of the context of the earlier sentence. such as "It's worth paying attention to (the trivial matter for you)."
b) It refers to the context of the earlier sentence which can be rewritten as "The trivial matter for you is worth paying attention to."
c) both a) and b) are OK
