Can i say: Jakarta where there are a lot of centers is a big city.
Is it grammatical? It sounds strange to me idk...

It's grammatical to write "Jakarta, which has a lot of business/shopping centers, is a big city."
But it's much better to say "Jakarta is a big city with a lot of business/shopping centers."
