"I don't know how some men can stand their wives wearing jerseys with another man's name on them."
"I don't know how some men can stand their wives wearing jerseys with other men's names on them."

Are the sentences grammatically correct? I'm a little confused about whether I've used the singular and plural nouns correctly.

They're both correct.

I don't think you put the right words in bold in each sentence, though. It would have made sense if you had bolded just the words that differ! With the exception of "another man's name" and "other men's names", the two sentences are identical.
