Hello,

I would like to ask how to use 'just as'. Do we have to use 'just as' with only continious tense? (The main sentence)

Just as I was leaving home, the phone rang up.

or

Just as + simple present, simple past...etc

Thanks....

Past simple: My phone rang just as I came in the door.
Present Simple: My cat will jump up on my lap just as I decide to go to bed.
