"Snow flurries expected this weekend in New Orleans? Isn't that just the weirdest? I bet they haven't had snow in New Orleans for a million years."
Breakfast at Tiffany's, movie

Am I right that the meaning of "just" here is:
■ really; absolutely (used for emphasis)
they're just great
Thank you.

You are right.

Holly's (Lula) ex-husband persuades her to move with him to the country, but she refuses. He:
- I love you, Lula Mae.
- I know you do, and that’s just the trouble. It’s a mistake you always made Doc — trying to love a wild thing.

Breakfast at Tiffany's, movie

Is the meaning of the 'just' here the same as in the #1?
Thank you.
