Please explain me what's the meaning of the highlighted phrase. This is a refrain from Paul Stanley's Live to win.

Live to win, 'till you die, 'till the light dies in your eyes
Live to win, take it all, just keep fighting till you fall
Day by day, kickin' all the way, I'm not cavin' in
Let another round begin, live to win

"kickin' all the way"= fighting, struggling, protesting, resisting, opposing until you die.

There is only one way that he will leave this world - the same way as he entered it: kicking and screaming.

As billmcd points out, it means that he will not give up without a fight.
