Hi all,
When you're stressed out under mental pressure or you have anxiety, you may have a sharp pain in your upper stomach that is different from the pain you have when your stomach is broken. To describe this kind of pain, do you say "I have a knot in my stomach"? Or are there any other phrases you are more likely to use?
